Please be mindful that the displayed product prices are exclusive of all duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you may be subject to local import duties and taxes for deliveries outside of Hong Kong in order to release your order from customs.

Additionally, international orders may incur import duties, customs fees, and other charges determined by your country's regulations. The tax term for these orders is "Pay by Receiver (DAP)."

 

• How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are based on the weight, size, and destination of items. They will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Our secure international shipment is processed by UPS / FedEx.

 

• When can I expect delivery of my order?

Our shipping time should be used as a guide only and is based on time from dispatch.

Delivery might take a little longer than stated above during high season.

 

• Outside of Hong Kong：expected to be 5~8 business days, depending on shipping destination.
• Hong Kong：expected to be 2~4 business days.
